Semi Synthetic Metal Working Fluid

Duramet 1100 is a biostable semi synthetic coolant having high extreme pressure properties, highly resistant against bacterial growth. It is suitable for use in CNC and other types of machines processing a wide range of metals including ferrous and non-ferrous and their alloys, also cast iron. Formation of stable emulsion allows long lasting usage. Concentration can be adjusted from 5-10% in water, depending upon the nature of work piece hardness.
